Here at eSmoker Supply, we charge a FLAT RATE for all our shipping! All shipments are made via the US Postal Service. There are no other shipping methods at this time.

Refunds & Returns
WARRANTY: Our electronic cigarette products carry a 30 day warranty. The warranty does not cover consumables like e-liquid, atomizers, cartridges or batteries. Should you find a product to be defective due to workmanship, please follow the directions below.
Defective or Damaged: Should you open one of our products and find it defective due to a manufacturing fault or it was damaged during shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind: Due to the medical nature of this product and the fact that you use this device in your mouth, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
Refunds are usually processed within 15-30 days.
